Neutrogena is typically very gentle on skin, but I would test it for a few days on your neck to see if you have any reactions. It can happen, since we are all so different.

As for the discount, I am not sure if it is available for international customers. You would have to check with Drugstore.com to see if they would honor it. I hope this helps!
