Oh Yes! Sulfur work's GREAT! I have found several mask's with Sulfur....wonderful article, not just for teen's!! (Warning-it's horrible to get Sulfur in the eye's, it hurt's and burn's)

I just found a dermatologist tested anti-microbial pillowcase for under $3 at Wal-Mart or Sam's Club in many part's of the Counrty. It WORK'S! I'm getting more.

Bare Mineral's has an acne product- "Blemish Therapy" and it is full of Sulfur powder and flesh colored mineral's, cover up and treatment that really is nice, especially during the bad stages.

At night your skin need's to re-balance itself, so stripping all of the oil will put your pores into over drive creating excess sebum. Witch Hazel and ph balanced water help this.

Wow, Super article!

What great tips! Also, change your pillowcases often...your face spends hours each night against the fabric so any residue on it, like hairspray, rubs onto your skin while you sleep.

GREAT article! I'm going to have to give the Head N Shoulders trick to my daughter and see how that goes. She's on an expensive bi-monthly regimen of dermabrasions and chemical peels getting her face back again. Worked well the first time around, followed with even MORE EXPENSIVE laser treatments. For the first time since she was 10 or 11, her face was clear. Then, of course, she went back to her old habits (like not washing her face), so back to the dermatologist we are. He's never really looked at anything but her face; and she's got quite a bit of acne on her shoulders and back. Time to move the Head And Shoulders out of our shower and into hers!

I'm going to a Spa & Esthetics show this weekend, and was looking at some of the various vendors who will be there. Found this one that I had planned on checking out - they have the microfiber wash cloths in all sorts of sizes: http://65h6z.y75jq.servertrust.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=3 15 cloths for $10. Can't beat that - even at the Dollar Tree, where I usually get those!
