This is a funny thread, since the SECOND “SATC” movie is out, as of yesterday/today. I never watched the tv show, and have no desire to see the movies. While I’ve seen a few minutes of the show, it’s not my cup of tea. I just can’t get into it. I’m guessing that the clothing and accessories will be splashed all over the magazines, as well as on tv during appearances, so I won’t have to see the movies to catch what they’re wearing in the newest movie. I was a fan of SJP many years ago when she starred in “Square Pegs” (anyone remember that tv show??).

I can’t wait to watch Sex & the City (today at 8pm!!!) and see all the gorgeous dresses and fab make up they’ll wear. I’ve watched the series since it first came out and I just can’t have it enough!!! And then come on, New York is New York…I just have big luv for this city!!!

I couldn’t watch the entire series, but I did catch some of it. I don’t think you’ll be lost with the movie, because the series itself was kind of disjointed.

Before I start slobbering over Chris Noth again, I’d better sign off. But yes, the clothes will be awesome. If nothing else, it will be a fashion show.

I agree with Suzann, the outfits are probably going to be amazing! But I never really watched the show (no cable in my house ) so I’m not sure if I would be lost. Any suggestions?
Maybe Nenette and I can be lost together.

Chris Noth is the only reason I’d consider seeing it…and he’s not strong enough to pull me in. I never watched the series, don’t find the trailers the least bit compelling and don’t care for SJP or Kim What’s-Her-Face.

I went to see Prince Caspian yesterday, though…and it was a nice surprise…better than the first Narnia movie. And I saw a few others trailers that looked like fun for stuff coming out over the next couple months.

I can’t wait for “Sex and The City.” I followed Chris Noth since he was Mike Logan on the original Law and Order, and one time he came to my city and hung out at the jazz club where I hang out and I wasn’t there that night. Oh well. I bet SJP’s dresses are going to be gorgeous.
