It really seemed to help! And you are absolutely correct about the Zinc vitamins. I take extra Zn daily- as well as a Flax Oil supplement. Also, my all-natural sunblock is zinc based so that helps too! Also if anyone has body breakouts, you can use Head & Shoulders shampoo as a body wash. Ever since I started using it more than 15 years ago, I've not had a breakout and my skin is radiant.
