How much beauty sleep do you get each night? I am pretty set at 6 hours. Sometimes I get 8, but usually only a few times a week. I’m also a night owl and get some of my best writing and work done in the dark hours. I am very definitely not a morning person.
Getting enough sleep is something we constantly hear in the beauty world. And while it’s certainly true that it shows on the outside, sleep is important in other ways too. We can’t be Powerful Beauties if we’re walking around grumpy and slouching because we’re in desperate need of laying our head to a pillow. Plus it of course plays havoc on your health- you’re more prone to illness. And with all that said, hardly any of us get enough sleep. The demands of life just don’t seem to allow enough time in the day.
If you miss your normal amount of sleep, do you catch up with a nap, or just power through your day? And on average, how many hours of snoozing do you get?
