Bionic Asks: If you had a drugstore shopping spree…

Bionic Beauty Asks - Makeup and beauty question blog article seriesImagine if you will…
You are the lucky winner of a $100 shopping spree to your favorite local drugstore!

So for this week’s Bionic Asks what would you spend that hundred bucks on? Would you load up your shopping cart with beauty supplies, makeup, hair care, or household essentials?

My basket would probably contain a mish-mash of stuff. I’d certainly pick up more of the new Sally Hansen Complete Salon nail polishes, L’Oreal EverPure shampoo and conditioner, a tube of my must-have mascara Physician’s Formula Mineral Wear; and then grab some DVDs, books and chocolate. Plenty of chocolate!

This would be my plan… and I would spend a lot of time on this plan ’cause I never get to just go get myself stuff anymore. I use my teenagers cast off’s so getting as much bang for my buck would be priority #1!!! Coupons, store discount cards, specials and clearance stuff!!!
decent razors
a whitening toothpast
a cover stick (digging mine out with a q-tip right now0
a new powder puff ’cause mine fell apart
hair dye for my gray roots
Oh , a moisturizer for my middle aged skin instead of my kids left over acne moisturizer
a lip stain
100% coconut oil for skin and hair (been wanted to try this!)
and whatever else I can manage to get!!! LOL!!

I would head straight to the beauty products, and girlie stuff of course.
I would also get shampoo, conditioners, and load up. Then stop by the camera department if I had any left over money. (Probably not)

Well, I don’t see many local drugstores anymore, at least, in my neck of the woods. However, I’d probably spend my dough at some sort of drugstore as such: body washes, soaps (facial and body), color-safe shampoos, clinical-strength deodorants, books, magazines, and anything Minnesota Twins-related (especially Joe Mauer, woot-woot!! Hee-hee.).

Right first thing Batiste Dry Shampoo, an absolute staple.

When you say Drugstore, can we make this fantasy a French pharmacy/British Drugstore Mix??! Rubis tweezers, Caudalie Eau De Beaute (anything form Caudalie, Boots Cleansing Wipes (2 for the price of one), Palmers Cocoa Butter, Gillette Venus Razor, Imodeme skin supplements….hmm Institute Esthederm (not the cheapest, but definitely the best suncare I’ve found).
