Cool, thanks, Jami! :-)

Milani responded to my inquiry, also mentioning that the pencil can be sharpened. I felt dumb asking anyone. But ya know, the thing is so dark, I couldn't tell, it looks like a self-sharpening one (or mimics one), and there were *no* instructions on the packaging (). I quote the rep: "The Liquif’eye Metallic Eye Liner Pencil can be sharpened using any slim cosmetic pencil sharpener. You can tell that it’s done if you can’t sharpen it anymore." I'll have to let you know how I like it, once I use it on my eyes, and not my hand. I appreciate your input! Maybe I'll try the felt-tipped one someday, as well.

Hi Tashi, I've had the Milani Liquif'Eye liners for a bit now. They are very similar to a more expensive version that is out by L'Oreal HiP. With the Milani ones, just sharpen them with a pencil sharpener.

Milani does have new liquid eyeliners out with felt tips... those you won't need to sharpen, I just open it- wave the wand around in the air a bit to let it dry some- then apply it to my eyelash line. it's easier (for me) once it's drier, than fresh out of the tube. But your mileage may vary. I'll have some looks posted soon using all the new Milani goodies I picked up. :D

P.S. I just bought the new Milani Liquif 'Eye metallic eye liner Pencil in black. It's supposed to mimic liquid eyeliner, and be long-wearing and smudge-proof. So far, I've only tested it on my hand, and it works pretty well. As with many makeup items, be wary of how much (if any) moisture cream/lotion you use on your eye area, as it always seems to affect the efficacy of the items. I've no idea how long this thing should last, as it appears not to sharpen or advance its tip in any way (maybe the liquid just seeps out until it's gone??). I wrote Milani asking for help on figuring that one out. Since trashing my Smashbox long-wearing gel liner that I wasn't as pleased with, I look forward to trying this Milani pencil. Jami, have you tried it yet? Have you found the Easyliner one (or another of theirs) better, perhaps? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?? ;-) Thanks!!

Oh Alexia, I can't wait to have that hit the States! I'll be grabbing one just by your recommendation. Does it work for face and hands? What's the scent like?

Right my favourite comes from Aussie drug stores, it is a cure all balm called Lucas Papaw Ointment. Every woman in Australia has one in her handbag, sort of an 8 Hour cream but for £4. We discovered it through our expert Sarah Chapman who mixes it into her very expensive facials that she gives ladies like Queen Rhana or Jordon. We sell it on Cult Beauty, I am not sure whether it has hit the states at all but you can also order it from Australian websites in bulk!

One of my drugstore favorites is Wet 'n Wild. I really like their polishes & eye shadows. For the price, they both last exceptionally well!

I'm with you on Milani. I love their shadows as well. I use the Runway Blackout applied damp as an eyeliner. You wouldn't believe the compliments I get doing that! I get my Milani goodies from Target, but don't mind going elsewhere for them, if need be. The prices are faboo, for sure.
