Certainly it’s no secret that our society is pretty much obsessed with celebrities. And most of us have favorites- whether they are movie stars, authors, television writers, or fashion designers.

When it comes to trend-spotting, do you pay attention to what the celebrities are wearing? Do you ever try to copy a favorite stars makeup look?

1 The Cheap Chick May 20, 2009 at 12:42 pm: Before I settled into my own style (about the same time I turned 30-ish), I totally and completely followed/lusted after/attempted celeb style. Nowadays, I’ll pick or choose a few things, but still stay true to my own look.
However, I’m still a sucker for sub-culture styles. Steampunk anyone???
