Well, I have finished up my New Year’s detox program (by Boots) and I must confess, I was impressed. As you know, I raved about the great taste, but the benefits are fantastic. I definitely lost the bloat and my energy level is certainly up (which is a good thing after all the cookies I was eating…). Fantastic, easy product!
I did not experience any negative side effects (no headaches, icky breath, etc).
Add this to you “to try” list if you are looking for a SAFE way to detoxify your body (I don’t want any Bionic readers doing those darn “starve me for 5 days detox’s” – *so* not good for you!).
Best wishes in the New Year, ladies!

Yea! You fixed your template! I couldn’t read your blog before, now I can:)
Burts Bees wins the cuticle contest hands down…
Happy New Year!
This sounds very promising. I have been suffering from chocolate withdrawls all week and could have really used this! Target, here I come!
I tested this as well and found the taste nauseating…glad that it was effective for you, though.
Oh no… eye4style… sorry you didn’t like it! I guess that’s why there are so many flavors of food out there right?
We all like something a little different.
nice…. that sounds do-able. I looked up the Boots back in January after reading your first post and they also have a 28 day detox too, I believe.
Has anyone tried that one? I’m curious about the effects of that one vs. this 5 day one. The hardcore in me is wanting to do that one, but the 5 day may be more my speed.
28 days sounds a bit over my threshold. I’m not sure I could keep motivated for that long. /wink/ I did like the 5 day though, nothing too much to commit too and it was easy enough to drink the fluids each day.
