I goof off at every opportunity. Like the time I had a mud puddle fight with my son, or when I tried to laminate bacon with my friend. Being a goofball is good for the soul!!

family, good friends, laughter and music……….all keep me young……

6 Paula { 11.30.08 at 10:04 pm }

I laugh at fart jokes. Wait, that doesn’t sound so polite (even if its true - Ha!). I just mean, like Mo, I am a goofball. I laugh as much as possible, and tease as good as I get. I dance as much as possible - esp when there is 80’s music blaring. Acting young(er) helps me feel young(er), and if I can pass it on, all the better. :)

I’ve found that laughter, rip roarious laughter is the best way to stay young. Never take yourself too seriously and always laugh at any given opportunity!

(it works facial muscles and tummy muscles as well as lifts your spirits)

I laugh a lot with my husband and drink a lot of water!

12 Linda F { 12.01.08 at 1:01 am }

I exercise at least 3 times per week.

13 herblady { 12.01.08 at 1:23 am }

I try to head off the forgetfulness of old age by keeping my mind sharp doing puzzles and answering trivia contests every day. It really does help. I also drink a lot of water and that helps prevent wrinkles.

14 Cindi { 12.01.08 at 2:06 am }

I try to stay out of the sun as much as possible. I drink lots of water every day. I am a vegetarian and watch what I eat most of the time!
For exercise, I enjoy walking either alone or with a friend. I apply moisturizer in the morning and at night. Sometimes, if I am really stressed, I try to do stretching exercises. Please enter me in your delightful book giveaway drawing. Many thanks, Cindi

I cook a lot and have friends over and we laugh and laugh.We get silly and it is so much fun.

I play dress up. Drapey sleeves, twirly skirts, exactly the sort of thing that would make me feel like a princess when I was young. Even when I’m just in my boring old jeans and a sweater, chances are I’m wearing my pirate socks, or plastic cocktail mermaid earrings. I also keep a stash of toys in my purse.

Try to have fun in everything you do and keep in mind “In 100 years it won’t matter anyway”.
Love,live and laugh and don’t forget to change your underware

Age only matter is you are a cheese…
Like the other lovely young ladies have suggested, exercise, eat healthy foods, surround yourself with love and give love.

I don’t sweat the small stuff - ever!

Wear sunscreen, in theory it should keep my looking young :)

22 vd { 12.01.08 at 1:15 pm }

Sunscreen, shamelessly carrying umbrellas and reading beauty blogs like Bionic Beauty!

23 Sherry B. { 12.01.08 at 2:37 pm }

Follow all the great tips that I learn form your blog! I also try to eat healthy, use sunscreen religiously, never stop learning new things about all sorts of things, and laugh a lot!

24 Elizabeth M. { 12.01.08 at 3:12 pm }

Daily exercise and drinking lots of water both help keep me feeling as youthful as possible and healthy too.

25 Stargirl Heuser { 12.01.08 at 3:19 pm }

I always remember to play a little and laugh a lot. :-)

26 Helene { 12.01.08 at 10:23 pm }

I stay young thanks to working out, taking vitamins and drinking as much water as a fish!
What I find more important, is that I laugh and don’t take myself or life too seriously. Staying young at heart will give you more of a young, fresh glow than any anti-aging cream ever will.

27 Elyse { 12.01.08 at 10:56 pm }

Sunscreen, vitamins, and yoga.

28 Ginny { 12.02.08 at 1:12 am }

I had my first daughter at 19, she is 11 now. I also have a 7 year old daughter. They keep me feeling young, especially since all of their moms are at least 5 - 10 years old then me :)

29 Belinda { 12.02.08 at 4:00 am }

I try to relax instead of stressing out.

30 Kathy { 12.02.08 at 6:14 pm }

Well since I need this book, because I am getting older than dirt LOL!!!
I try to eat right, exercise and not get toooo much stress in my life. I also try to have a positive outlook and not be a downer

31 Vicki Wurgler { 12.02.08 at 7:00 pm }

I exercise daily and enjoy being with family and friends

32 Erin Snyder Dixon { 12.02.08 at 10:41 pm }

Signing up for marathons keeps me on track to exercise. It gives me something WOW to look forward to, as I often participate with friends. And after all, you can’t fake training. Execise makes me feel like a kid while it keeps my parts young and healthy! Crossing the finish line gives me something really big to smile about.

33 Barbara Siragusa { 12.03.08 at 4:02 am }

I laugh a lot, goof around with my 9 and 10 year old boys who keep me young being “the older Mum” at 50. I take great care of my skin. I know my appearance on the outside is as important as how I feel on the inside, and this is one of the secrets to staying young.

34 Vickie W { 12.03.08 at 1:49 pm }

I enjoy life! I am very blessed with a wonderful husband and daughter. I try to eat well, excercise regularly, get enough sleep, drink lots of water and Pray often! With todays struggles you have to say your prayers and give thanks for what we have. Stay Positive and hang out with positive uplifting people. It will keep you young and vibrant. Love Life!

35 Estetik { 12.03.08 at 6:28 pm }

37 Sandy M { 12.04.08 at 6:12 am }

A daily vitamin, lots of water and walking help keep me young. And I am a positive person.

38 Esther { 12.04.08 at 11:32 am }

I’m 50 so when I’m with my 18 month old granddaughter, Ican run, be silly for her, scoop her up to hug her, bend and play with her and feel like a child with her, because she brings me so much joy I feel a spirit of youth within me. And yes I try to eat good, exercise, pray, and be luvy duvy with hubby. But the ability to do this with her is all worth it.

39 AngieM { 12.04.08 at 1:33 pm }

Most women do try by drinking water, exercise, careful with products. However I think feeling good about you, having confidence, never taking life or yourself so seriously is the great trick. There will always be someone younger, prettier, and taller but how you feel about you on the inside will come out on the outside. Laugh as much as you can in this life!

43 Beeb Ashcroft { 12.07.08 at 4:54 am }

I think having fun and taking pleasure in the little things is important - connecting with your “inner child” is an important key to feeling young! I’m only 25, but I’m really interested in keeping my skin looking good over the long haul, so I would really love to win this book!!! I’m always trying out new lotions and potions. My friends think I’m nuts, but I’m just looking ahead!
Thank you for the chance!

My boyfriend and I will get on the floor and wrestle with our dogs. Then we’ll all take a nap together… still on the floor. Pups make the best pillows! ;)

45 Janet F { 12.07.08 at 3:28 pm }

Fitness walking 6 days per week keeps me feeling young and healthy.

Thank you!

This may sound a bit silly but…I am still hip to all the newest music, listen to it very loud in my car whenever I can, and dance around the house. I also still love a live show…right up front…whenever it is not too late and in a smoke-free venue. See, I am getting older. :)

47 Joanne { 12.08.08 at 10:16 pm }

I stay young by going to comedy clubs. Those clubs help get my daily laugh in so I can stay healthy in the spirit. I also baby sit my grand children who always say the cutest things that keep my spirit up!

48 Jane { 12.08.08 at 10:18 pm }

I stay young by working out. Working out helps me in more than just gaining muscle mass, it highers my self esteem about aging. I look around the gym and see these young ones and I see them sweating so hard at a simple running speed, then I look at myself and see that I have better endurance and can run at such fast paces. That makes me feel better than I’m keeping my physical health up, and to keep my mental health up, I like to go to my grand kid’s sports games and pump them up!

49 Rosanna { 12.08.08 at 10:20 pm }

I do simple exercises such as yoga. I actually think yoga is annoying since you just sit there and stretch, but it makes me have a really good calm mind. I concentrate so much more after yoga and I can feel the happiness of my life in a calm state of mind.

50 mary { 12.09.08 at 12:54 am }

I try to appreciate how fortunate we are to have health and home, and remember to not judge.

51 Jana { 12.09.08 at 1:35 am }

How I stay young? I just think to my self, what I did when I was young, and make my self think that I’m as young as ever. It makes me happy :)

52 Reana { 12.09.08 at 1:36 am }

I stay young by living my life in a healthy way. I don’t mind if I age, I just get wiser. I feel as if I’ve experienced everything at my age, so I don’t need to stay young, when I can feel the greatness of being old!
