For this week’s edition, I decided to go in a very different direction. I felt it was time to step back, out of the bathroom and away from the mirror, and do something nice for a friend of yours that’s always there for you- your dog!

I used to cook for my other dog, who, sadly passed away 7 years ago. He was old, ailing, and then I stepped in to cook for him, at the vet’s suggestion. I can’t remember all what I made. Mostly chicken, rice, that sort of thing. I haven’t done any cooling for this dog, but look forward to soon. I think he’ll LOVE the cupcakes, thanks!! If you, Joycey, or anyone else out there can recommend some great cookbooks for doggie food/treats, please holler. Thanks! Btw, great picture of you and Mia. That pooch has a million-dollar smile!

I don’t have a recipe book for my pets, per se… but I have quite a few that I’ve come up with over the years for my horses, dogs, birds, and hedgehog. I’m planning to share those on Woo’s blog. Hey, don’t forget to enter Woo’s contest.

Isn’t Mia adorable?!? You should see her in real life, she’s even cuter! Woo has the biggest crush on her… although it’s definitely an unrequited love. hee hee!
