Like you said, if the product isn't all that (well, you said something like that, anyway, lol), then find another use for it. It's wonderful to re-purpose things whenever possible. Especially these days! I had heard of the lotion tip for uses on hair. Handy and useful idea. I sometimes use it after I flat iron my bangs. But I wouldn't deliberately buy most of the products that they mentioned, if the uses were strictly for the uses they suggested. In my humble opinion, many of the items are too expensive for that. I can't see deliberately spending $15 on Paul Mitchell Conditioner just for shaving my legs. If I had the items already on hand, great. I'd go one step further and ask family and friends if they have the products and don't want them anymore, so you can avoid buying them. My sister has given me shampoos and conditioners that she hasn't wanted, but that were still good. Now I wish I still had them; I didn't care for them and tossed them.
