Hi Skyeann, I’m so glad you’re liking the Decrease! I never knew the joys of primers either until this one. Now I have a little collection- MagnetEyez by Spell Cosmetics, Purely Cosmetics’ Nude cream-to-powder shadow (it’s technically a shadow but works SO well as a primer!), and I even use the Monistat Anti-Chafe gel that everyone uses as a face primer. It works too!

After I read this I went out and bought it for 7 bucks. I only use my Coastal Scents Palettes is original and ultra shimmer and I love love love how it makes my eyeshadow look! It makes the color POP. I have never used a base and I totally see the difference! Your review was perfectly written! Thank you!

I tried this one, and did not drive me as crazy as t he Urban Decay Potion. For 4 more dollars, I prefer UD.

I always use my eyeshadow primer otherwise my eyeshadow doesn’t stick around for long. I’ll definitely have to check out this L’oreal one, I’m always looking for a great deal. Thanks for posting.

I haven’t tried this one, as I use Two Faced Shadow Insurance because I like the silicone feel of it. But, I did get this for my coworker who wanted to try an eyeshadow base and she really likes it, too.
I was really surprised how much e/s base helped the lightly pigmented colors brighten up, and last so much longer thru the day.
