Bionic Tip: Don’t waste your skincare products

Did you know that most women use 30 to 40% more skincare product than they need?
So instead of using a pea size of your face serum, most of us are using about a pea & a half. It doesn’t sound like much, but with the cost of some serums, you’re getting 30-40% fewer doses out of that tube that you should!

So… if you squeeze a bit too much product do you try to jam it back in? Well, no. But don’t wipe the leftovers on your towel or pants either. Extra SPF can be applied to your neck and chest; extra eye serum can help keep the neck baggles at bay; while super-sized dollop of moisturizer can soothe your elbows, cuticles and knees.

Think before you squeeze… but please! Don’t wipe your skincare dollars on the bathroom towel!

Great tip. Thanks BB! I do confess to being a lotion waster from time to time… I’ll have to work on it. 🙂

My frugal soul is loving your Bionic-onomic tips! And my sense of humor is loving the line, “neck waggles.” Tee-hee!

Joycey, “Be thrifty! Bionic says save my lotions!” Just think that mantra when you’re doing you’re nightly routine. 🙂

Cheap Chick, Weeeee for Bionic-onomics. I heart saving money. Are we sure we aren’t related? I mean, there’s SO much…

Ginger, See the mantra I gave Joyce above. repeat it. Love it. 🙂 I know get upset at pumps or bottles that squirt out too much product when I don’t need it. And with pumps, you can’t put it back in. So I end up with eye cream on my neck, cuticles, etc.

Holly, Yeah! Glad I could help!

Let me know if you ladies have any tips too!
