Boots Botanics and Anti-aging cosmetics and makeup available at Target stores

Boots now at Target!

The famous UK skincare line: Boots, is now available at Target stores nationwide (as well as Their No7 Restore and Renew has been selling out like mad. A CVS in New York reported selling 500 tubes by noon in one day! What makes it so special??…

The price for one thing. $21.99 gets you a tube at Target. However, studies have shown that this anti-wrinkle, anti-aging serum compares and BEATS those such as La Pair, Le Mer, Lancome and other anti-aging cream giants. I’ll be headed to Target this weekend to pick up a tube!

Also available at Target stores is the full line of Boots including cosmetics, the Mediterranean collection (body butters and spa-inspired salts that smell divine!), vitamins and supplements, Botanics (a semi-natural line of skin and body care products), and Time Dimension lines (anti-aging and age defense skin care cosmetics).

And while you’re there, don’t forget to pick up some of Sonia Kashuk’s excellent collection!

I love No. 7’s lipsticks. I’ve had good results with their concealer as well. I just bought Botanics’ shadow base on June 28th ($8.99 for a tiny tub — not sure how long it will last). It blends remarkably well into one’s skin, even if it does only come in one shade, and seems to work well in tandem with my other makeup. I just wish that Target would adopt the same return policies for cosmetics as CVS has! If ya don’t like something from Target, you’re outta luck, unless you’re allergic to it, or if you get some other bad reaction to it. A person could lie, but that’s just wrong. I’m not a good liar, anyway. 🙂

I’m from the UK and grew up using Boots products. I missed them SO much when I first came to America so was thrilled to see them arrive in Target. It’s great to hear how much you all love them too – I hope this means Target will keep stocking them!

Hi, Lyn! I agree — I hope Target carries the Boots products indefinitely. They’re really good, and so reasonably-priced. I get almost 100% of my beauty items from Target, and was thrilled to discover Boots. I’m glad you can enjoy the brand now over here. 🙂

Is the eye cream good for sensitive skin? I’ve been searching for a good cream, but I have sensitive skin and really sensitive eyes… And I should probably know this, but does Boots test on animals?

Hi Liz, I have VERY sensitive skin and used Restore & Renew just fine. However it is *not* a dedicated eye serum. It’s a face serum, just to be perfectly clear.

Also, it looks like Boots does not test on animals, however many of their suppliers (ingredients suppliers, etc) do. I hope this helps!

Thanks, Jami, it does :).

I have sensitive skin as well, and have used the Protect & Perfect Serum all over my face, including around my eyes, without adverse reactions. I’d still advise that one exercise caution when putting anything around one’s eyes. Protect those peepers. 😀
