I’m not sure why there is no John Frieda lineup for red heads, but the hair care company is offering free samples of Sheer Blonde and Brilliant Brunette shampoos and conditioners. No strings attached, but please act quickly. Head on over to Walmart.com to request your samples!

And Walmart.com does it again! Paired with John Frieda, the online site is offering free samples of the new Curl-Around (for curly girls) and Straight-Ahead (for those with straight locks) Shampoos and Conditioners. You will also get a sample of the Frizz-Ease serum (choose either Original or XS). Choose your weapon, ladies!

Don’t hesitate, the samples are likely to go fast and are only available online (not in stores).

Back in August, Bionic Beauty told readers about a freebie of John Frieda’s Frizz Ease Secret Weapon hair styling cream. Here’s the review ladies!

This sample really has a generous amount of product considering how little you have to use to achieve great results. Rub a little between palms to warm and then smooth of over roots and any other places you might get fly-aways or frizzies. The product is creamy, and can be used to smooth, or to create piecey texture and separation. This product is an all-around performer. I tried it before creating iron waves- perfect! And also used it before or after flat ironing to prevent my hair from looking lifeless or fried, again the Secret Weapon helped out!

Highly recommend you try this little beauty. Just be sure not to overload on your hair, try a little and add more, rather than overdosing. (wink)

Looking for a replacement for Beach Blonde’s Surf Spray by John Frieda (it was discontinued quite awhile ago, grrrr); I picked up John Frieda’s Starlit Waves in the Brilliant Brunette line.

The spray promises “Wave enhancement” and “be luminious”. With a few spritz (careful not to overdo it!) and a few scrunches, I had sufficiently beachy hair. I was especially pleased since the next product for me to try was the Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray (which is pretty darn costly). Anyhow… the spray did make my hair soft, scrunchy, and yet perfectly shiny. Love it!
