The cap never stays on for me either. I did try the HD powder and it is a cheap but great version of a finishing powder! I'm always looking for cheap and affordable products that perform and quite often they do as well as (or better than) the more expensive brands. I love Physicians Formula mascaras, Milani eyeshadows, and elf's Tinted Moisturizer is super for traveling (perfect size and it has SPF). Agreed Mary. The blacks and browns certainly seem to hold on better, I believe it's due to the high-levels of pigments. I do have incredible luck with Pencil Me In eyeliners. All their colors are amazing and wear REALLY well. Eye Widener Pencill but I've had similar problems with other brands. I found that only black or brown colours work well and stay on, otherwise it doesn't look like I'm wearing any at all.
