It looks like a conveyor belt out there! I did my toes in What's Your Name topped with Pearl Harbor yesterday and so far, it's holding up well. But I did top it with a nice coat of Seche Vite. We'll see... Cheap Chick... I think you may have hit the nail on the head.... They want you to think it's more "better" by adding the Mineral part in front of lipstick. I'd guess though that the formula is pretty much the same but maybe with a touch of mineral in there somewhere. It's frustrating how cosmetic products are not regulated- so companies can claim 'organic', green, eco-friendly, natural, mineral, whatever they want with virtually no repercussions. Very frustrating for consumers *and* for skincare/makeup companies who actually DO create products that are natural, organic or mineral-based.
