This is THE most awesomest news I’ve gotten lately! The exceptionally wonderful people behind YBF Skincare have decided to offer Bionic Beauty readers an exclusive chance to get FREE samples of their Boost and Prep skin care products!
50 lucky Bionic Beauties will get samples of YBF's Boost & Prep skin care!
Boost is perfect for those who suffer from acne. It was one of my top beauty products for 2009. It tones, moisturizes lightly, clarifies skin. In short, its amazing!
Prep one of YBF’s newest products. I just started using it a few weeks ago but have seen a dramatic difference in my skin already. It’s a very fine microdermabrasion type of product. You can even use it like a mask too!
So how do you get your hot little hands on these freebies?
The first 50 Bionic Beauty readers to email their name and mailing address to
. And be sure to say thanks!
As of now all the samples are gone! I hope you all enjoy them! And a HUGE thank you to YBF Skincare for offering us all these wonderful freebies!

Thanks so much for this. I have never used any of their products but have heard about them on here and other places. I suffer from acne. I am 36 years old and have to fight it everyday. If I miss my routine of cleansing, toner, acne cream, moisturizer, day and night I wake up looking like I have chicken pox or something. I also have redness to fight with as well and oily skin. I always like to try new things to see if they will work for me. Thanks again for sharing.
Christine
What a great opportunity to try these products. Thanks so much.
Cooool beans.
Thanks! I e-mailed my entry a while ago. Hope I still have a chance. I’ve never tried this line. Yay!
Thanks for this opportunity. I would love to try these products. Christine, I know how you feel. I am a couple of years older than you are and I feel so embarrassed . lol
I hope I get try these samples.
Thank you so much for sharing!
How do we know if we are amongst the lucky ones? I would love to try this on my stubborn milia
Hi Musetica,
I’ll be sending a confirmation email to each person who requests the samples.
Right now there are still plenty up for grabs!
-Darrell
Thank you!
Oooh yes, *good* question, Musetica. I should have thought of that.
Thanks!
My 16Y daughter would love this product & for that matter my 43Y skin which never had an acne problem suddenly has issues!
wow-great freebie!! Thanks so much!!!!!
Hi everyone! Once I hear from Darrell and Kimberley at YBF Skincare that the 50 samples are spoken for, I will post on here immediately that the offer is closed.
We’ll all do our best to keep all the Bionic Beauties in the loop as to when they run out. I think readers are guessing that they are all spoken for and not emailing, but that’s not the case.
Have a great night ladies & gents!
~Jami
Hi Tashi,
It’s as fun for us! Everyone who has contacted us at this point will be receiving samples of Boost & Prep…and we do still have spots open. We’ll indeed let Jami know when all the samples are spoken for though.
…Just want to add how much we appreciate Jami & all Bionic readers!
In fact, let’s add a little something… We’ll pick one sampler at random to receive a full size Boost…and another to receive a full size Prep!
Bionic Beauties rock!
-Darrell
As of now all the samples are gone! I hope you all enjoy them! And a HUGE thank you to YBF Skincare for offering us all these wonderful freebies!
Yay, that means I made it in on time yesterday!
I know we have pretty similar skin, so when you say something is good for acne prone skin I sit up and take notice (last month was SO hard on my skin for some reason). Anyhow, this is a great chance to try something you’ve raved about for so long, can’t wait to update you with my thoughts. Thanks to everyone involved for this!!
Oi… last month was really hard on my skin too. I’m all broken out. So I considered it the perfect time to take before and after pictures for my test of Boost.
Can’t wait to hear your thoughts Mo. I *really* think you’ll like Prep too. I’m usually not a fan of scrubs or microdermabrasion type treatments, but this one just ROCKS. Totally!
By the way, did you watch the new Battlestar Galatica? I’m watching season 1 on DVD now. Ooo… love it! I keep thinking of you when I watch it since we have such similar tastes in, well, just about everything!
This is the best day in a very long time! Hope it is okay to share with everybody that I won the full size Prep from YBF!!!!
I am so happy!! Thank you Jamie for your blog and for sharing such great skin care with us and thank you Darrell and YBF! I can’t wait to try these new products!! You guys mae my day! Thanks a lot!
YIPPEE, Musetica!!! I knew there were two secret winners. I’m so glad you came forward. And congratulations!!!
If you want, test out all those goodies, and email me your thoughts. I’ll post you up as a “reader review”. No pressure, but you’re welcome to do that. I want to keep things open & honest around here.
Again, I’m SOOO happy you won! And this is one of the reason why I adore the smaller indie companies much better than companies like MAC, Bare Escentuals, etc. YBF, Purely Cosmetics, PRIIA, Spell, Lexli Skincare- they are PERSONAL. Which is something you do *not* get these days. It’s the little things in life that companies like this do… they add up to loyal customers in the long run.
Hope you continue to smile today!
All my best,
~Jami
I will be very happy to share the results, I am so grateful to you and everybody else who shares their experience/results with different products. Most of the time I am like a deer caught in the headlights when I see aisles and aisles of products and don’t know where to begin. You guys give so much more than just a ‘clue’.
) so once I get them I can let you know how those work for me, too.
I also ordered my jeune d’age serum, toner and cleanser (thank you for the discount, that made it possible
You are so right about the PERSONAL touch, it makes a world of difference. It is so rare to find a company that not only has great products but also a nice, human, touch to it. Congrats on that, Darrell!
I am so happy I found this little community!
I am spreading the word around so hopefully new ‘faces’ will start showing up soon.
Okay, now I need to go walk my smile around the office
So happy!
WOW! Congrats on the Jeune D’age purchase as well! I’m glad the discount helped you out.
It really does help to have everyone sharing thoughts and experiences on here. Something that works for you, may not work for me; and vice versa. So we can all help each other know what skin/hair/etc types work for what products.
I’m glad you’re smiling! And thanks SOOO much for spreading the word about Bionic Beauty. That’s the biggest compliment you can give me. You ROCK!
Have a super-wonderful weekend,
Jami
Yay, Musetica!! Congrats! That’s awesome.
Please let us know how the YBF Prep works for ya! I love this forum too — I’m not a huge online person, and favor just a handful of sites, one of which is Bionic Beauty’s! It soooo rocks, doesn’t it?!
I’m pretty lucky, in that my skin is usually free from awful acne. But like so many others, I have occasional minor breakouts, even at 41 (I don’t *feel* “41″.). I’m really into taking care of my skin, and I hope I can one day try some YBF. I’m not too familiar with the indie brands of cosmetics and skincare. But yes, indeed, they seem to have a personal touch. Thanks, Darrell & YBF, and Jami, for the exciting offer!!
Tashi, Thanks for the compliments chica!
I don’t *feel* my age either. In fact, I usually have to think about it and do the math. It’s just a number to me. I don’t pay much attention to the number. Although there are some days when my body is telling me I’m older than my number.
Like when a front is moving in. Grrr.
~J
Yer quite welcome, missy.
Yes, I know what ya mean about the body feeling its true age. Sometimes, no matter how our mind feels, our body disagrees. How can we be Bionic Beauties, when our bodies feel like old creaky stair cases? LOL It’s a challenge, but, eh.
