Freebie Found: Olay Total Effects Body Wash

by Bionic Beauty on 23.Feb.2010 · 8 comments

Get a free sample of Olay Total Effects body wash - from the Bionic Beauty blogHowdy! Just one freebie in today’s post, but rest assured that I’ll keep scouring the interwebs for more.

Walmart, also known around my household as “Wally World”, just launched a new freebie!
You’ve seen the commercials with the sudsy people (By the way, do we really need to see people showering to know that you’re advertising a body wash? I mean, it’s kind of redundant, right?), now you can get your own free sample of Olay Total Effects body wash. Sorry, it’s open to US residents only.

Stay Bionic, beauties!

Thanks!! I usually forget all about getting/seeking out free samples. I was able to jump in on time to request a sample. Hopefully, I’ll like it. The sign-up form does ask you if you’d like to submit a review to the manufacturer. I agreed to do so, as I see no harm, only benefits for them as the maker, and I, as the consumer. Who knows, maybe they’ll offer respondents even more freebies, or perhaps, coupons.

Hi Blue, Thanks for your review of the Olay body wash! I loved my sample too, and it’s definitely going on my shopping list when I need body wash again.

Thanks for being a Bionic Beauty reader. I hope you have a wonderful Friday!

I got my sample and have already used it all up. The cap was a bit frustrating, but do-able. I can’t remember the regular price of this body wash at Target. But it seems that it’s a bit expensive, compared to regular body washes. I’d love to buy it on occasion, if I were able to afford it. Thanks for the info, Jami! Right now, I’m still using the Suave body wash that I got on sale for $1.50 at Target.

i bought it at target for 4.50. for the big bottle. i live in michigan so i guess i did not think it was expensive, and i have all so learned if you realy like something, then just get it, you only live once, and if it makes you happy for a little while then just do it. blue

Blue, I couldn’t agree with you more. I try to save money where I can but there are some things that I enjoy and I *do* spend money on those. I figure I can’t take the money with me; and life is short.

But even on those things I shop around or look for deals. Like my high-end denim jeans weakness. I *love* jeans! Instead of paying full price for the expensive brands, I look for clearance sales, or go to consignment boutiques. I found a pair of Armani jeans with the tags still on them at my local thrift store for $2!! Woo hoo!
