Hi Sophie, Welcome to Bionic Beauty. Yes, this towel is a sunless tanner. You basically swipe it across your skin to apply the self-tanner. I hope this helps explain things!

Has anyone had the problem of not recieving the free samples when you request them???? My request go back a few months ago and I have never received anything…strange.
Hi Lori, Which samples are you referring to in particular? I can help you troubleshoot or explain things if you let me know which ones you are talking about. I’ve received all mine recently. The Walmart ones come in 4-8 weeks (it usually tells you when you complete the form) and private companies can sometimes take longer when they get overwhelmed by freebie requests.
Other companies convienently “forget” to post when they run out… so it’s best to stick with requesting the ones that are recently posted. If you joined Bionic Beauty from the Ladies Home Journal mention, you still might be getting some in. Also, you may have requested some that were “closed”. Usually anything older than a month (check my publication date by the article title) is out of date in the freebie world.
If you are referring to the Tan Towels themselves and you sent in a Stamped envelope with the proper postage (outlined above) then you should probably email the gals at Tan Towel directly to see where your sample is. They are very helpful.
