I never could figure how to request any free products from pantene. I found their web site very confusing.

I saw you were asking about the pantene free sample. If you check the published date on that article, it was from September 2007. So that sample has expired.
However, I did just post a new sample from Pantene a few hours ago. Go to Bionic-Beauty.com and click on the freebies link in the navigation bar. You should see all the recent ones there.
