I hate it when webmasters/designers don't add a "thank you" or confirmation page. It just leaves you hanging! And since I'm also a web-designer in my 'other life' (ha!), I know that it's very easy to add a confirmation page when the form submits. I haven't filled out the application yet, mainly because I wanted you ladies to have the chance instead of me. I have enough beauty products that I'm always buying. I filled out the whole form, didn't miss any lines, but when I submitted, it didn't thank me or anything. It went right back to the form, all blank now. Anyone else have it work differently?
