The Pumpkin Peel sounds pretty good. It’s packed full of vitamins, minerals and exfoliating enzymes as well as Bilberry for astringent and organic sugar cane for smoother, more supple skin.

2 imergo July 21, 2010 at 3:24 pm

I’m a fan of coconut, which has antiseptic properties and can combat acne while keeping the skin soft and moist. In its unrefined form, it smells great too!

3 Jess July 21, 2010 at 3:59 pm

I think the argan oil sounds fab!!
Because of the abundance of Vitamin E, much more than other natural oils, Argan oil is good for reducing skin irritation and minor ailments.

4 onegreatsmile July 21, 2010 at 4:12 pm

Vitamin A is great for increasing cell turnover, especially in serum form so it can get right down to business!! And since it’s not quite as potent as its Retin-A cousin, much less irritation! Yay!

5 VictoriaN July 21, 2010 at 4:45 pm

The CoQ10 in the Jeune D’age Serum is a powerful anti-oxidant that brings more oxygen into the cells, generating healthy cell renewal. It helps protect the cells from free radical damage and it works synergistically with Alpha Lipoic Acid. This serum sounds like a fantastic product. I would love to try it.

6 Regina S July 21, 2010 at 5:10 pm

I actually already use a DMAE serum and I love it. This ingredient really interests me.

7 Valerie C. July 21, 2010 at 5:15 pm

Hi~~
I’m very interested in the ingredient, willowbark extract, that’s in the Marin Toner. Here’s a quote from your review that sparked my interest! “…Willowbark Extract – A topical astringent that’s a natural source of Salicylic Acid. Helps slough away old skin, stimulate new cell growth, and clear acne…” That’s what I need, unblemished fresh skin. I’m concerned with anti-aging & clear skin too. Thanks!

8 Patti Sherman July 21, 2010 at 5:35 pm

Coconut iol which is loaded with antimicrobial nutrients

9 Robyn @ Hawaii July 21, 2010 at 6:34 pm

I think your products sound wonderful ! I love the natural process
of anything. What I like is the DMAE, which sounds great. It makes so much since grapes . I would love to try it, but there are so many
wonderful natural ingredients it’s hard to fall in love with only one
ingriendent in your line of products. You are very detailed and is much appreciated. Thanks~~

10 Erica July 21, 2010 at 6:48 pm

I have always been in love with coq10 and willowbark. We all need the antioxidant effects of CoQ10 and I have used other products with willowbark and it works Great for clearing acne and its not as harsh as salycilic acid! I love botanical products and I’m always on the lookout for good ones!

GREEN TEA PROVIDES SKIN ELASTICITY AND CONTAINS VIT. C.

12 Karen Yanchitis July 21, 2010 at 7:16 pm

Wow. These products are packed with vitamins c, e, b, a. I also love primrose oil. The products here sound so great plus no parabens.

13 Amy H July 21, 2010 at 7:42 pm

I’m mostly interested in the Serum for it’s anti-aging, anti-flammatory benefits. DMAE is a specific ingredient it uses that I’m interested in trying as I have never used a DMAE-containing product before.

14 Stephanie C July 21, 2010 at 8:51 pm

I was interested in why Kosher vegetable glycerin was used. According to the website, it is used because of its water-retaining properties, and the boost in viscosity – I guess no one wants runny product!

15 Michelle K July 21, 2010 at 9:03 pm

I would like to try a product with Organic Bilberry Extract. It is supposed to reveal new skin cells and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. I like products that are plant based and natural.

16 Mary Kate July 21, 2010 at 9:47 pm

Well, I must live under a rock, because I have NO idea what Argan Oil is or how it’s beneficial! I’d LOVE to find out, though! ;-)

17 Marianne July 21, 2010 at 10:11 pm

“Tea Tree Oil contains terpinen-4-ol that is thought to be responsible for most of tea tree oil’s antimicrobial activity. Tea tree oil is a known anti-fungal agent and is effective against multiple dermatophytes found on the skin. Tea tree oil has strong activity against Staphylococcus aureus (a common cause of staph infections) including MRSA.”
I find the Tea tree oil being used for MRSA. I work in a hospital & MRSA is a big problem.

18 cristina July 21, 2010 at 10:58 pm

Argan oil!
What I know about it is that it comes from a tree that grows in the dry, harsh climate of Morocco. The tree can live to 250 years! The oil comes from the seeds that are in the pit of the fruit that the tree produces. Moroccan woman have gorgeous hair, and I don’t, so I’d love to try it!

19 adrian r July 21, 2010 at 11:22 pm

The DMAE in the serum will plump up my skin!

20 Rachel July 21, 2010 at 11:25 pm

Aloe!

Ever since your review of the Lexli skincare stuffs, I’ve been on the hunt for skincare products with Aloe in them. From the Jeune DAge website I see that Aloe has lots of great minerals, vitamins and amino acids. It has healing properties, and also acts as an astringent.

21 Maureen July 22, 2010 at 12:45 am

The DMAE in Jeune D’age gives me hope for my skin problems. DMAE can tighten and tone skin while reducing wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots which is everything that I look for in a skin serum…and that’s just one of the promising ingredients that make up their skin products.

22 Laurie Appel July 22, 2010 at 2:52 am

CoQ10, because it is a powerful anti-oxidant that brings more oxygen into the cells, generating healthy cell renewal.

23 natasha mehta July 22, 2010 at 3:19 am

Vitamin E because it great for the entire face and body. Stretch mark and all. One of the many awesome ingrediants

24 Mary B. July 22, 2010 at 9:21 am

I think I’d be most interested in trying the Jeune D’Age SERUM because of the CoQ10 which sounds amazing in fighting aging with their cell renewal properties as it brings more oxygen to the skin so this process can be possible. This stuff sounds fantastic and something I really need! Thanks for even letting us know about this interesting company and set of products.

25 Michele Ricca July 22, 2010 at 9:55 am

Pumpkin peel is what I need for smooth skin.

26 Becca F July 22, 2010 at 10:01 am

I am really interesting in trying Organic Rooibos Tea as an ingredient in skin care! I actually drink this tea all the time (it’s delicious!), but what a good idea to put it on the skin as well. Rooibos Tea has a ton of antioxidants, polyphenols, and minerals. As an ingredient in the cleanser and lotion, I’d love to try it… Especially since its organic!

27 Kelly July 22, 2010 at 12:25 pm

I was wondering about the pumpkin and why it’s good for your skin. According to the site pumpkin “contains many vitamins, minerals and exfoliating enzymes that mimic AHAs.”

28 laurie lantz July 22, 2010 at 12:39 pm

I love the scent and organic properties of coconut products, all parts of the coconut can be used in beauty products, it’s like nature’s ” beauty fruit” !

29 poonam July 22, 2010 at 12:52 pm

Pumpkin peel is for smooth skin ,,,, CoQ10 sounds amazing in fighting aging and Vitamin E awesome ingredients

30 Kelly C. July 22, 2010 at 1:31 pm

I’m already a total devotee of the serum- I had to go without for a couple of weeks when I forgot to take some with me when I left town, and oh! It was a mess. Out of this set I’m interested in the Argan oil… this is a new product to me, and I’d love to try it.

31 Cindi July 22, 2010 at 2:53 pm

Being a vegetarian, I appreciate that their products are vegan
friendly! Also, I take cranberry pills internally and one of their
ingredients is cranberry extract which helps restore the skin’s
radiance, has antibacterial properties and anti-oxidant components.
As always, Vitamin E is a major helpful ingredient…
Many thanks for the chance to win this amazing prize package
giveaway! Cindi

32 Rachel July 22, 2010 at 3:50 pm

OMG, that prize packet looks AMAZING. I’m super interested in the toner in particular.

The willowbark with its astringent properties and the salicylic acid to help cell growth and sloughing off the old ickies.

And the Blue Green Algae with all kinds of balanced vitamins except D and E to soften up skin tissue and prep it to absorb the moisturizers afterward.

Really all of it! This would be a super-super awesome set! :D

33 Frances July 22, 2010 at 7:49 pm

The vitamin A…how does vitamin A in skin care compare to retin A or Retinol? Is it the same thing? Thanks.

34 Halifax July 22, 2010 at 8:09 pm

I’m good with ingredient names, but I think I like seeing aloe vera in the list. It’s known for soothing and healing properties

35 Claudia July 22, 2010 at 8:51 pm

I love aloe vera because its good for soothing and healing the skin.It is not difficult to find organic for that ingredient.

36 Tracy July 22, 2010 at 10:25 pm

I’ve heard many great things about Coconut oil but have yet to try it. According to the jeune d’age website, coconut oil is great for acne, wounds, rashes, burns and is great for skin in general because its small molecules allow it to be absorbed easily and is full of antimicrobial nutrients.

37 Samantha July 23, 2010 at 12:00 am

The pumpkin peel sounds good to me because i’ve tried some before and really liked them but they can be expensive. It has lots of vitamins, beta carotene, and anti-oxidants, all of which are said to be good for your skin.

38 Yvonne Calderon July 23, 2010 at 1:03 pm

Looks like I’ve been hiding under a rock. This is the first time I have ever heard of Argan Oil, gonna go to the Jeune D’age website to follow up on it’s benefits. Looks like this line has EVERYTHING a good skincare line should have. I am currently looking for a good anti-aging serum.

39 Rashmi Gupta July 23, 2010 at 3:15 pm

Vitamin C is very good for skin..
Well I love all the products..

40 Jane July 23, 2010 at 7:32 pm

I am interested in Cocos nucifera (Organic Coconut) oil because I absolutely love the smell of coconut!

41 Aimee W. July 24, 2010 at 2:38 am

Found in their Marin Toner, Jeune D’Age Organics utilizes Sea Kelp. I learned that Sea Kelp is full of minerals and nutrients. It draws out impurities and detoxifies the skin while providing a natural hydration, moisturization, and infusing minerals, amino acids, and lost nutrients back into the skin. Very interesting!
Thanks!

42 Musetica July 24, 2010 at 12:09 pm

CoQ10 because I need to accelerate all the cell renewal that i can get. And I just LOVE Jeune d’Age: their toner is to die for and the serum made such a difference in my skin tone. these are truly great products! I’d love to try the pumpkin mask, it can’t be anything less than wonderful. Thank you! :)

43 Lisa July 24, 2010 at 4:24 pm

I think that the Jeune D’age Organic Prevoir Face and Body Lotion sounds sooo amazing — It can be used for the face AND the body!!! I have been looking for a product like that for a long time, and the biggest plus is that you do not even need to worry about the ingredient list because it is all organic!! One of the many awesome ingrdients it has in it is the Organic Coconut oil — I have recently read about it can do miracles for the skin —I am very excited to learn about this line of skincare products because I have been looking for new organic skincare products and I had never heard of this one before!!! I would soooo LOVE to be able to try all of these products!!!!!!

44 Robyn @ Hawaii July 24, 2010 at 5:55 pm

I have heard of pretty alot of the properties brought into the products described. The one that has me curious is the Argan. It seems to come from the Kernel of the Argan Tree. Compressed it 100% pure. It sounds like a miracle agent. I would love to try it ! It helps acne, eczema, psorisis, stretch marks ! I have the worst case of eczema, and this is one reason I go as natural as I can. I have a standing appointment with the dermotologist monthly because of my eczema. She is constantly throwing samples of stuff at me to try, and yet have found an answer. The argan is rich in E and essential fatty acids. Thanks for being so giving to give this beautiful gift away. And Happy birthday Jami !

45 Deanna G. July 24, 2010 at 6:31 pm

I’m interested in the Camellia sinensis (Organic Green Tea) Extract ingredient. From their site it says:

Green Tea provides skin elasticity through astringent and soothing actions. It contains 5-8 times more Vitamin C than lemons and tocopherol preventing the collection of melanin pigments and inhibits the formation of freckles and dark spots. It can be an anti-acne treatment with ingredients such as vitamin A and vitamin B2. The topical use of green tea promotes the health and quantity of collagen leading to firm and elastic skin.

—————–

It sounds like it would be perfect for my skin! :)

46 Paula C. July 24, 2010 at 8:34 pm

I love the Vitamin E, it is used to help protect the skin from all of the harsh elements and helps to repair and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. This is what I really need for my aging skin. Thank you.

47 Glogirl July 24, 2010 at 11:02 pm

Cranberry Extract is an ingredient that interests me. It is used to help restore radiance to all skin types. It also has anti-bacterial properties and is “good for use in acne-prone regimens”.

48 Vicki Wurgler July 25, 2010 at 8:20 pm

I read that Neem Oil relieves dry skin. It soothes itchiness, redness and irritation. It improves general skin health and immunity, combating bacterial infections.

49 Jana Czahor July 25, 2010 at 11:45 pm

Beta Carotene (Pro Vitamin A) and Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A) interests me because they trap free radicals, and it may also reduce tumor development and skin cancer. It helps cells reproduce normally and aids in wound healing. Vitamin A increases collagen absorption for the skin. Retinol Palmitate nourishes the skin and assists in the rejuvenation process that maintains a more youthful appearance.

50 Marianne Wood July 26, 2010 at 6:05 pm

The acai berry in the serum is a strong antioxidant to protect the skin. This serum is terrific. I look forward to trying other products in the line.

51 Jenna July 26, 2010 at 8:44 pm

I am interested in argan oil. my skin is very sensitive and can get very dry, so maybe this could help.

52 Suzy July 26, 2010 at 11:49 pm

I am interested in the argan oil because of the Vitamin E it contains it is good for reducing inflammation which is a cause of aging.

53 Michelle L. July 27, 2010 at 7:12 pm

I’m intrigued by the pumpkin in the pumpkin skin peel. Pumpkin must be great for the skin–loaded with vitamins, beta-carotone, and antioxidants which have anti-aging properties.

54 Linda F July 27, 2010 at 7:43 pm

I love the smell and taste of cinnamon and “Cinnamon is included for its tonic and antiseptic properties as well as the great scent! It increases blood flow to the skin.”

55 Kimmie July 27, 2010 at 9:05 pm

I spend a lot of times outdoors, working as a horse trainer. I use sunscreen, but the cumulative effect of wind and heat really takes it out of my skin. I have heard amazing things about aragan oil beand I love the idea of using a tree oil to renew my skin and pamper myself!

56 Jennifer July 28, 2010 at 10:08 am

I like how the toner has algae and kelp in it. The algae can help regulate the oil your skin produces. I’ve been hunting all over for products that don’t have irritating ingredients.

57 sara July 28, 2010 at 10:54 am

I like that they use Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera improves the skin’s ability to hydrate itself, aids in the removal of dead skin cells and has an effective penetrating ability that helps transport healthy substances through the skin.

58 Ria Clarke July 28, 2010 at 12:17 pm

I like that it contains Jojoba oil and was amazed to find out that unlike natural oils produced by the body Jojoba oil contains other important nutrients, such as vitamin E, B complex vitamins, as well as the minerals silicon, chromium, copper, and zinc.

I knew there was a reason why I loved coconut oil-
“Apart from enhancing the appearance of the skin, coconut oil is also useful in curing acne, wounds, rashes, burns and skin inflammation. The fatty acids in coconut oil act as natural antiseptics and can prevent bacterial and viral infection. The molecules are very small so it can nourish the skin deeper. Used continuously, the oil can remove the dead skin cells and strengthen connective tissues. This oil can protect you from the blemishes caused as a result of aging and sunlight exposure.”

60 Suzette July 28, 2010 at 12:21 pm

I like that the ingredients are all almost 100% organic and I particularly like the sound of Organic Bilberry Extract, Sugar Cane Extract and Sugar Maple Extract, which all help to reveal new skin cells and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. The peeling action uncovers a fresh, luminous layer of skin. Sugar cane is also a source of natural AHAs.

I love that they detail each ingredient on their website and that they are all natural and organic.

Willowbark is a winner for me – it is naturally antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial so it’s a great ingredient for skin that is prone to breakouts.

63 lisa July 28, 2010 at 6:57 pm

Their Serum has DMEA and natural compound found in the body. This is great for anti-aging because it lifts and tones the skin.

64 Tamara Burks July 28, 2010 at 9:52 pm

Vitamin b5 because of the anti itching and ant inflammatory effect. With my allergies, I really appreciate that.

65 Mal Mortell July 29, 2010 at 10:37 am

Really like the oils.. Sounds so refreshing…

67 Heather! July 29, 2010 at 11:00 am

I noticed the Marin Toner contains Organic Aloe Vera Leaf Juice. That’s cool because Aloe juice contains copper, manganese, silicone, calcium, potassium, a whole bunch of minerals, a slew of B vitamins, AND Vitamin C! Wow!! That’s a lot of goodness packed into one ingredient! Aloe acts as a natural astringent, and it also has 18 amino acids that aid in healing. That’s one of the reasons aloe is so good for sensitive or damaged skin. It also helps encourage cell renewal which is important for aging skin.

Dang! I knew aloe was good, but I had no idea HOW good! I LOVE that Jeune d’ Age has information like this about their ingredients available on their website. That really makes me trust them more as a consumer trying to buy the best organic products out there!

Thanks!

68 Judy B July 29, 2010 at 11:05 am

Love that they use Aloe- it has amazing healing and moisturizing properties. I used to use it to condition my hair, and put it straight on cuts.

69 Claire July 29, 2010 at 2:04 pm

In the jeune d’ âge serum, there is acai berry. I’d love to see if it works – acai is currently a very “in” ingredient right now!

70 Viva July 29, 2010 at 2:18 pm

The marin toner sounds great. I love that it includes Willowbark extract. I just learned that Willowbark extract has excellent astringent qualities. It also contains salicylic acid, which stimulates new cell formation by helping the old skin to slough off. Thanks!

71 Wehaf July 29, 2010 at 3:34 pm

Their acne cleanser uses activated charcoal to ease inflammation and draw bacteria our of the skin.

72 Emily July 29, 2010 at 4:57 pm

I am do very interested in the aloe that is used because my skin needs to be mousterized

73 Robyn @ Hawaii July 29, 2010 at 6:06 pm

I think I would also be interested in the Marin Toner. The fact that it contains sea minerals and dead sea salt makes so much sense to be.
I have used several expensive toner’s in the past, and because they
were to harsh for my skin, I would give them away. So, for a long period of time I have not used any. I know the right way to a perfect skin care regiment, is using each and every product in the line. One works well with the others. No mixing products from different lines, the one line of products works best. Because I have a monthly Dermotologist appointment do to my skin, I only wish someday I would find one line
that my skin would appreciate.

74 Karen July 29, 2010 at 7:21 pm

Wow these products sound great. I read some of the reviews i would love to try them. The products have alot of great ingredients.
Acai berry, CoQ10, Vitamins A, B, C and E, Natural DMAE and Hyaluronan, Natural AHAs and ALAs. Thanks

75 Tracy July 29, 2010 at 9:47 pm

The Marin Toner has an ingredient called Hyaluronan. It says it is an essential dermal hydrator which plumps and smooths the skin. I could definitely use hydration to my skin. I have very dry skin and dont drink as much water as I should> Thanks!!!
