Can someone please tell me how to get the attention of the folks at E.L.F. After placing a an order for over 100 items on October 11, 2007, (today is December 19) I have still not recieved my order, have called 7 times, yes 7, and been told it has been shipped 3times. Now, no one is answering the phones at all!!!! The harshest part of all this is that the makeup was for some women in shelters who are trying to get their feet back on the ground and feel good about themselves after their lives have made them homeless. These were Christmas gifts, well thougt out and planned for in advance. My heart is breaking that I now am not going to fulfill my part of a team plan to do some great things for these women. Can someone please tell me how to get the attention of the folks at E.L.F. to get my stuff shipped. URGENT!!!
