Last year I gave you my thoughts on Jergen’s Natural Glow Express Lotion. This year, Jergen’s new sunless tanner is a foamer. Literally. Jergen’s Natural Glow Foaming Daily Moisturizer is a sunless tanner in mousse format.
The foaming version dries much quicker than Jergen’s lotion version (and other lotion style tanners, for that matter). You have to remember to SHAKE it well before dispensing the foam. A golf-ball sized dollop does about one leg. The scent is okay- it is fresh like citrus but you can still smell the tanner chemicals underneath.
I like the foam version, but it did seem to streak easier than most lotion tanners; so it’s definitely not my favorite. However, it’s super affordable, readily available, and the color results are exceptional! The tan I received was quick, true to life color and lasted very well.
Jergens Natural Glow Foaming Daily Moisturizer is available at Drugstore.com for $8.49 (right now it’s Buy One, Get One though!).

I also had a tough time with this one- the foam is hard to spread evenly (which is SO important with self-tanners!), so I’m sticking with the original stuff. I love Jergen’s Natural Glow express and I’m hooked on Jergen’s Natural Glow Healthy Complexion face moisturizer!
I adore Urban Decay’s Santa Tanita, which is also a foam. Have you tried that and can you give a comparison?
See, now, I LOVE this stuff! I like the foamers much better, and actually get less streaking. And to me, no matter what scents they add to the tanner, it always smells funky.
I know, I’m such a red-headed stepchild…
Oh, and THANK YOU BB for changing my link! You are the best!
Joycey, I wish I could use their face one. I’m SO pale! But it contains glycerin. Boo.
Mo, I haven’t used the UD tanning foam. I’ll have to give it a whirl though!!
Cheap Chick, You’re too funny. Do you have some secrets to applying this foam without streaks?
I have never been a big fan of sunless tanning products, but jergens is alright in my book. I think i may go pale this summer though. thanks for the review.
I have always been scared to try self tanners, but this foaming tanner is amazing. I received color very fast, and it was very natural. Not orange or streaky at all. I love it! And I thought the smell was much better than other lotion tanners.
