Hi Keri, Welcome to the Bionic Beauty blog! I highly recommend mixing up your own makeup remover and using cotton pads (or whatever you choose) for application. The above mix works just wonderfully on eye makeup and face makeup as well. Oil is great for your skin and will help declog pores, moisturize and strengthen your skin!

im going to make my own makeup remover pads to save bucket loads of money.I can also use them on road trips or camping or were ever it is a convince to do so.I would like a makeup remover to clean my whole face not just to clean eyemakeup off my eyes though.

Thanks for the “recipe”! While I have plenty of Almay store-bought eye makeup remover pads (my favorites) right now, I’ll give your tip a try.
