I always have high hopes when I try a new skincare product and almost 9 times out of 10 am disappointed. I purchased the Neutrogena Foaming Cleanser for my pre-teens with their occasional breakouts. They say that BHA or salicylic acid is the best way to treat for breakouts. I like that it is a foaming cleanser, so not as concentrated/drying as a liquid soap and rinses off easily.
