From the makers of my fave PedEgg comes Pampered Toes. This beauty gadget works on the same principle as yoga-sandals by separating and stretching your toes to release tension in your feet.

After a long day in closed toe shoes, sneakers or (eek) heels, our feet all need a break. I’d come home and wedge my Pampered Toes between my… well, toes. And relax while I blogged.
The gel felt good as I’d wiggle my toes against it creating my own little cheapy-massage. I tend to get incredibly bad foot cramps in my toes and arches and these little gadgets have been a wonderous addition to my evening relaxation routine. Plus they do double duty as pedicure toe-separators! In my mind, the PedEgg geniuses have done it again!
Check out PamperedToes.com to get your own relaxation toe setup for 10 bucks.
P.S. If you have a medical condition such as diabetes, please check with your doctor before use. I’m not a doctor, so I can’t recommend or not whether you should use Pampered Toes.

Gawd, I *LOVE* these – I never thought stretching my toes out would feel sooooo good!
Really? They help with cramps? I get terrible foot and toe cramps. I’ll have to give them a try.
Paula, Yea! I’m glad there’s another Pampered Toes fan out there!
Myrtle, I’m not kidding… they really help relax my cramped feet. I have super high arches and hence the bottom of my feet cramp pretty much constantly, these are perfect. I use them almost every evening!
And a BIG welcome to Bionic Beauty for posting your first comment!
Cheers,
BB
Yep, I had even actually rewiewed them back in November – http://oldergirlbeauty.blogspot.com/2008/11/downward-facing-toes.html (I even used the word “fatigued”.) LOL
Oooo… Thanks Paula! I’m off to read your review now too while I sit here with my Pampered Toes on. (No kidding, I have them on… LOVE them!)
Great review, Paula! If anyone is waffling on purchasing the Pampered Toes, I’d suggest reading Paula’s review as well (see linky above). Plus there are quite a few raves on other beauty blogs (feel free to include links in the comments so we can all share).
Here’s to happy feet for everyone!
Cheers,
BB (Jami)
