I have super high arches and hence the bottom of my feet cramp pretty much constantly, these are perfect. I use them almost every evening! Myrtle, I’m not kidding… they really help relax my cramped feet. I have super high arches and hence the bottom of my feet cramp pretty much constantly, these are perfect. I use them almost every evening!
