Physician’s Formula Organic Wear on Sale in Canada

by Bionic Beauty on 18.Mar.2008 · 9 comments

Bionic Beauty reader, Nenette, let me know of a fantastic sale on Physician’s Formula Organic Wear cosmetics lineup starting today (March 18th) in Canada.

PF’s Organic Wear is going on sale on March 18 at our local London Drugs.
Sale prices range from 8:99 to 18.99…

That’s incredible savings! So if you’d like to try out the new line, this is the time to shop. Be sure to let me know what you pick up! I got the pressed powder the other day and have yet to try it, but the packaging is adorable (and it smells nice)!

I love the ad campaign, too. But then, I love every single one of PF’s ad campaigns! I use the non-organic mineral powder foundation, and have been very happy with it. I’m excited to try the organic one – once my container runs out, of course.

Have you tried Swiss Ives Microdermabrasion (sp?) cleanser? I just bought it, and so far, I’m in love. If you can love a cleanser, which, apparently, I can.

I have always wanted to try Physician’s Formula products and I can’t wait to read your review. Sales and freebies are always great here. :) Yeah, and there is a new sample of lotion at Walmart’s site! Woo!

I love the PF regular mineral powder foundation, so I’m looking forward to trying the organic stuff, too. At least I can go organic in one aspect of my life! Do you hear that, Al Gore???

Also, have you tried Swiss Ives new Microdermabrasion (sp?) Cleanser? I just got it, and already I think I’m in love. If you can fall in love with a cleanser. Which, apparently, I can.

I totally love the PF mineral powder foundation, so I’m totally looking forward to trying the organic kind. Yay! I’m finally going organic in one small aspect of my life! Al Gore will be so pleased with me.

Thanks for the linkie, Jami! :) So, I caved and bought the Tinted Moisturizer yesterday at Shopper’s Drugmart (for $12.45cdn) instead of today at London Drugs! LOL
I chose the Natural to Tan shade, their darkest. I put it on as soon as I got home. I gave it a good shake, like they said to, to mix it (I guess it separates). Coming out of the tube, it had a clean, almost medicine-y smell. It was a lot clumpier and runnier than any of the tinted moisturizers I’d ever used, but it was easy to put on once I mixed it all in my hand first.
But I’m most disappointed with the shade. For the darkest in the line, it was too light for me, and I’m not that dark either. I had to put on some Everyday Minerals’ Medium Tan over top to bring it down a little.
Overall, I give it an ‘ok’.
Looking forward to other reviews. :)

Okay, so my comments are working now. Sorry I left so many!

Ah… Nenette, that’s a bummer about the shade selection. Maybe they will expand it. ? We can only hope, right? I’ve seen your photo and if that’s the darkest and it didn’t work on you, quite a few people are going to have problems when they get a summer tan. Funny that you bought it early though!

Cheap Chick- That’s alright! I had to approve them all or else my “spam filter” wouldn’t learn that you were ok. 😀
