Achieve Powerful Beauty with Bionic Beauty™
This week’s Powerful Beauty guest is book author, Caroline Miller. In her book, “My Name is Caroline”, she bares her soul- reaching out to readers and sharing her experiences battling an eating disorder and self-esteem issues. It’s a reminder that we all need to believe in ourselves. The outer wrapper isn’t your package. YOU are made up of your personality, knowledge, esteem, thoughts, emotions, experiences and so much more. Break out of that trap that women have to be perfect on the outside to be “beautiful”. There’s beauty in every single woman in this world.

Caroline shares her thoughts on powerful beauty:

I have a book coming out about twenty-plus years of recovery from bulimia and the most powerful and beautiful women are those who are not trapped in self-destructive eating disorders, and who believe that beauty is on the outside. Truly, beauty comes from the authenticity and honesty of living out your values, treating your body and soul with kindness, and taking each day with humility, gratitude and zest!

Catch up on the rest of the Powerful Beauty features. And remember to check back each Friday for another dose of how to Achieve Powerful Beauty!

Thanks for bringing this good lady to my attention. I have a good friend who is suffering, and I really think this will be something good to share with her.
I really enjoy your Powerful Beauty series. 🙂

I’m glad you enjoy the feature Paula! I’m hopeful it will continue to grow. I have met and corresponded with so many incredible women through this article series… truly amazing people. And Caroline’s story is simply awe-inspiring.
