I read what I wrote often just because it is such a great reminder and a good daily practice. I also hear you about it being easier said than done, but I also feel once you start truly awakening your vibrant inner being - that which does not get affected by age - then those marketing messages start to have less and less power over you. You begin to align with life and you are able to enjoy all the material stuff because you know you can't find true happiness through them.
