Mmmmm…. avocado oil. Love that in products! Makes me think of guacamole, which makes me hungry. Oh… I need lunch!! All that aside, you are so lucky to get to do these expos and Sundance! Keep me up to date with your finds!

While attending the Alive! Expo this week, I came across Dr. Bronners/Sun Dogs Organic Balm. These are fabulous balms! Sue (who created this product) combined jojoba oil, beeswax, avocado oil and hemp oil to make one fabulous balm! Highly recommend you try these.

Great suggestions everyone! I will certainly have to try the Everday Everywhere and the Aveda LipSaver out. Sometimes you can find Aveda products on discount at the spas, so I will keep an eye open.

It works good when your lips are really dry from you licking them, but after a while it startes to taste bad and by applying very little it makes your lips look white. when its first applied i love the taste and the look. after a while of having it on i want to take it off. in warm weather it melts and too much of it spreads out too quicky.
i give it a 3 starts out of 5

My favorite balms have been Everyday Everywheres and Caudalie’s Lip Conditioner.

Menthol can be soothing and irritating as well, weird how these things work.

I too experience corner sores when I use minty lip balms for an extended period of time. I wish I could try this out.
I currently use Aveda’s LipSaver (I’m not a fan of the glossy lip either), then colour over with Aveda’s Morena lipliner… but yeah, price point’s a little high. So, I’m always on the lookout for a new balm.
