Bionic Beauty reader (and long-time friend), Aimee, provided her thoughts on the Superfill Lip Plumper from Bath and Body Works.

Here is Aimee’s review:
“Not so plump….. Superfill Lip Plumper. It’s $12 from Bath & Body Works. Save your money unless you just want the tingly burn sensation. Lips stayed the same…..”

I love that Aimee tells it how it is! I was just at Bath & Body Works on Saturday. Has anyone tried their Patricia Wexler skincare line? Just curious.
I haven’t tried the Patricia Wexler items yet, but I believe a family member has, so I will try to touch base with her on it and get some thoughts.
I have a Colorfill gloss from B&BW also, the one that is a lighter pink. Definitely would not recommend it. The color is nice, but the tingle is over-cinnamony and just too strong. I’m not really a fan of plumpers in general though.
I got a free sample of a Patricia Wexler cream once, and it made my skin very red and irritated! Lol, two strikes against B&BW!
I do like their C.O. Bigelow stuff though
Thanks for the update, good to know! I like the Bigelow lip gloss too.
I love the superfill lip plumper and am very disappointed that i can’t find it at Bath and Body Works anymore.
I love the superfill lip plumper! In fact, I went to purchase more and found out that Bath and Body Works no longer had any!
So it sounds like the Superfill got mixed reviews. Maybe B&BW will release a replacement for those who love it.
Have you guys tried the Sally Hansen ones? I didn’t notice much plumping, and it was goopy to me, but I think Girl Gloss had good luck with it.
That’s what makes all this experimenting so interesting… we are each unique and love our own things.
The Colorfill lipgloss was not manufactured by B&BW I believe. I am a beauty specialist in one of the flagship stores, and this product was discontinued this past January. I highly doubt it will come back. There were one or two people that bought it. If you want something that works, try the freeze lip plumpers. They use retinol to plump your lips. Also I used to use the Wexler and it is very effective, unfortunately I can’t find anything stating that they don’t test on animals so I am guessing they do so I won’t use it anymore.
for those who love the Superfill…it’s 90% off at B&BW right now, along w lots of other Superfill products and blue spa stuff.
I bought the superfill instant eye wrinkle filler on clearance and loved it, Unfortunately haven’t found it elsewhere.
I do use the PATRICIA WEXLER MMPi SKIN REGENERATING SERUM which I received a sample of. I love it. I haven’t tried the rest of the line – yet.
Me and my girlfriends call this the boyfriend replacement system. It stays on a long time, gives great lipgloss shine, it makes the lips feel softer, and it makes them slightly more plump. But by far this product makes the lips feel amazing it’s my favorite lip stuff and it works over semi permanemt lipstick which is more than I can say for most other lipplumpting lipgloss products.
I loved the Superfill lip plumper, the clear one, not the tinted (which didn’t work) unfortunately it’s not available anywhere anymore unless you happen to find someone selling it on ebay… but one that is VERY similar is Soap & Glory’s “Sexy Mother Pucker” (cute name too)
Daun, Thanks for your review of the Superfill! You’re right… it has been discontinued but the Soap & Glory version (available at most Target’s) is the about the same formulation. If you liked Superfill, this may be a good replacement to try, and it’s readily available at every Target store I’ve been to.
Thanks again Daun and Welcome to Bionic Beauty!!

Michelle–were you also a Wexler specialist? I work in one of the Ohio BBW’s…what location were/are you in?
R U kidding me??? Colorfill Exteme lip plump ROCKS!!!! It’s Perfect! They should’ve marketed better! I am 43 and do Restilyn injections for my lips… this stuff should be on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kelly, Welcome to Bionic Beauty! Thank you so much for sharing your love and experience with this product. I know I’ve tried way too many plumpers and so few work… plus it seems quite individual. They work for some people and not for others. I have yet to find one that works for me. Maybe because I am always putting on lip balm so there’s no extra fluid to pull into the area?
Anyhow, I’m truly glad you stopped by. I hope to see you around the site again soon!
Cheers,
BB
this is bar none the best product of any of the lip glosses I have ever used. I am just having a hard time finding it.
