i indulg myself with along, HOT shower including one of my favorite body washes,followed by body lotion in the same scent. Completely rejuvenating for me, in house with three guys this is as indulgent as I;m allowed to get!

A nice body scrub with my loofah mitt and almond oil soaked sea salt (homemade!), follow by a nice warm soak in the tub, complete with soothing music and a cup of tea. Of course, ending with a nice lathering of body moisturizer.

Takes under an hour.
