I'm wondering if you used the Normal to Oily as opposed to the one for All Skin Types.......My mother purchased to normal/oily variety by accident......it's a fairly new addition to the line......and it dried out her skin. She gave it to me so I tried it, and it made my eyes sting. I am used to being able to remove my eye make-up with full strength Cetaphil, so was quite surprised. I would recommend the Cetaphil for All Skin Types to everyone. It's wonderful! I’ve used Cetaphil for many years….and I would never use anything else.
