Being a Florida gal, it’s easy for me to feel like it’s summer year-round, but while I lived in the midwest, the gray winters sometimes got me longing for sun and all that entails. Specifically the beachy smell of coconuts. I adore coconut and summery scents, so Spell Cosmetics Sun & Surf body lotion is purr-fect for me.
Sun & Surf is a Cocoa butter and Aloe based lotion and gives your skin that toasted coconut scent. It’s yummy and a good little pick-me-up when you’re feeling blue. We’ve all heard that scent is our strongest memory trigger and how aromatherapy has been used for all sorts of good results. For me, this lotion wakes me up, reminds me of spring sunshine, our sailing trip to the Bahama outer islands, and funny-enough rubbing sunblock on my childhood horse’s pink nose (hey, he needed SPF too! Can you see his cute lil pink nose in the photo below? It burnt so easily that he’d end up with blisters.). So Spell’s lotion spawns good memories for me.
Oh yes, and the body lotion does it’s job beautifully. The lotion is moisturizing, non-sticky and sinks right into my skin. I’ve used it on my feet, elbows, legs, knees, arms… well, everywhere actually. Great overall body lotion!

Bionic Ghostie needed sunscreen just like the rest of us do. If it’s horse proof.. I think it should be a pretty darn good product!
