Spring 2009: Bobbi Brown Brights

In the makeup world, it’s time to prepare for Spring. Over the next month or so, I’ll be featuring new looks and colors, makeup collection releases for Spring 2009. Hopefully it will help warm your toes while we shiver until spring actually arrives.

First up… Bobbi Brown’s eye catching Brights collection. With the main star being their book-style Limited Edition Brights eye shadow palette which features 35, you guessed it- bright colors.

I know several other blog’s have featured this palette, but I wanted to include a full color chart of the 35 shadows for you. Of course, there might be some difference due to computer versus actual real-life, but it’s better than nothing, right?

As for the lipsticks, there are 4 shades ($22 each): Coral Pink, Pale Mauve, Retro Pink, and Rose Brown. And for once, the names actually describe the colors. Yah!

And then there are 6 lipglosses ($20 each) ranging from eye-popping to nudes: Cherry Pink (nice n’ bright!), Coral Pink, Guava, Pink Beige, Pink Cloud (semi-bright), and True Beige.
