I also think the LE packaging is smart branding. I admit, I've never tried anything from the line --for some reason it's not available in my area. I'm at Target, at least once a week, so there will be no excuses now! I was there today and sadly... nothing new. I did see a dusty Pixi display, picked-over Napoleon Perdis and a smattering of JK Jemma Kidd Makeup. Is it smart for a store this size to only commit to stock 3 per SKU? All the best-sellers are always sold-out. On the other hand, Sonia Kashuk had plenty of shiny shelf space-- and inventory. Make you go hmmm. I think this is a brilliant move for ELF! If you order something that breaks or isn't working properly and unfortunately it seems to happen for more than a few people. :( , they do just credit your account. The only thing that I don't like is that if you have an out of stock item in your order or if your missing something, they won't send it to you they will only credit your account which means you would have to pay the 6.95 shipping again. So it's not perfect, but still you get a lot of coupons and discounts. I will have to say that they have decent CS. I am so excited. I may not love everyone of their products, BUT their brushes are fabulous, the mineral eye primer is as good as UDPP imho and I also love the Studio Complexion Perfection. I have to agree on the concealer, but they have so many and I prefer the Undereye concealer and highlighter. I guess I am going to have to try their eyeliner now too. I don't know if our Dollar General carries it, because it is nowhere close, but the closest K-Mart only has a tiny collection. This is great news though! AHHHHH! I am so excited.
