Recently featured on The Today Show, the Zumba fitness craze is sweepin’ the US. Have you tried it??? I must say, I’m intrigued and it looks like a blast! Growing up in Miami, I have a fondness for Latin music, dance, and am adding the DVD to my Wish List ($49.95 for a 4 DVD + 1 music CD package).
If you haven’t heard of Zumba, here’s some background:
